　　艾草精油是由艾草裡提取的精華萃取而成，其配合艾灸使用療效很顯著！

　　艾草精油是從艾草的葉子、莖的提取物，擠壓法和溶劑提取法提煉萃取的揮發性芳香物質。艾草精油未經稀釋一般最好不要直接使用。 精油的揮發性很強，一旦接觸空氣就會很快揮發，也基於這個原因，精油必須用可以密封的瓶子儲存，一旦開瓶使用，也要儘快蓋回蓋子。　　

天然艾葉萃取精煉而成,外觀為淺黃或綠黃色。溫經通絡,益氣活血, 化瘀祛寒止痛,改善局部迴圈,增加免疫力. 消炎止痛.止咳化痰，去濕化痰。塗在穴位上或患處,反復揉搓至吸收。

艾草精油一般被用來泡腳泡浴和艾灸。　

　　艾草精油泡腳具體方法：45-60度熱水入浴盤淹到足踝即可，滴入3-5滴艾草精油，以毛巾圍住浴盤泡腳15-20分鐘。若有手腳冰冷症狀，建議延長至25分鐘，水溫降則加入同比例熱水及艾草精油。

　　艾草泡腳的幾個小驗方：

　　艾草精油加薑可治風寒感冒、關節病、類風濕、咳嗽、支氣管炎、肺氣腫哮喘。　

　　艾草精油加紅花可改善靜脈曲張，末梢神經炎，血液迴圈不好，手腳麻或瘀血。　

　　艾草精油加鹽適用有火，常眼紅、牙痛、咽喉痛、氣躁心煩、上火下寒、腳腿腫脹。　

　　艾草精油加花椒20粒，適用腳汗、腳臭、腳氣、溫疹。
